We are looking for a Showroom Supervisor to oversee sales activities, drive performance, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and drive the team’s sales plans to achieve branch targets for new and used cars, trade-ins, and lead conversions.
  • Track sales progress daily, weekly, and monthly to refine forecasts and optimize action plans.
  • Implement corporate sales strategies within the team and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify prospective customers and assist in closing deals through expert negotiation.
  • Ensure customer queries are addressed effectively, providing solutions that drive satisfaction and sales.
  • Supervise sales transactions, ensuring customers fully understand and agree to terms and conditions.
  • Drive the team to update lead management reports for efficient tracking and business planning.
  • Oversee incoming used cars, trade-in stock, and appraisals to meet trade-in targets.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and recommend training for team development.
  • Monitor KPI metrics related to sales performance and customer service (CSI).
  • Organize and oversee team meetings, ensuring alignment with sales and customer service goals.
  • Assign Sales Consultants for outdoor events like product placements and motor shows to maximize brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with management to analyze event outcomes and improve future participation.
