This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraising Manager located in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, cultivating relationships with major donors, and coordinating annual giving campaigns. Additional responsibilities include managing communication efforts to promote philanthropic activities, collaborating with charities, and overseeing all aspects of donor relations. The role requires working closely with various departments to ensure the effective execution of fundraising initiatives.
- Experience with Major Donors and Annual Giving campaigns
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Philanthropy and Charities operations
- Proven track record in fundraising and donor relations
- Ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the Middle East market is a plus
