Experience: 8-15 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 5 years specifically focused on SaaS software implementation and onboarding.

Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex software implementation projects for enterprise customers.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management, digital technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their application in business contexts.

Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record of delivering value in complex environments and working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and an unparalleled attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with diverse client engagements.
  • A high degree of flexibility to adapt to shifting client priorities and agility in shifting between various projects and teams.
  • Ability to articulate strategies and insights with precision, ensuring messages resonate with our global clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership in diverse group settings and adaptability to evolving project landscapes.
  • Excellent track record of project/team leadership and related achievements.
  • Ability to take ownership of project module structuring and planning work to deliver desired results.
  • Ability to conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to other team members and senior clients.
  • Intercultural competence and experience of working in more than one country and/or multi-cultural teams is a plus.
