Experience: 8-15 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with at least 5 years specifically focused on SaaS software implementation and onboarding.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex software implementation projects for enterprise customers.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management, digital technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their application in business contexts.
