Job description
Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding at Mai Dubai Bottled Drinking Water

The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Onboarding is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategies to attract, hire, and onboard talent within the organization. This position requires strong leadership, creativity, and a deep understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and improve onboarding processes.
    • Conduct market research and talent insights analysis to inform recruitment strategies and employer branding.
  2. Recruitment Campaigns:
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate recruitment campaigns across various channels (digital, job boards, social media, etc.) to promote job openings.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to produce job descriptions and candidate profiles that align with organizational needs.
  3. Onboarding Process:
    • Oversee and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
    • Work closely with HR to develop training materials and orientation programs.
  4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor recruitment metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Analyze candidate performance and feedback to adjust recruitment strategies as necessary.
  5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Work closely with HR, department heads, and external partners to ensure alignment in recruitment and onboarding strategies.
    • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to enhance recruitment efforts.

Qualifications & Training

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.

Knowledge

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment trends and best practices.

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
