Area of specialization: To timeously acquire real rights with Eskom's built programme according to relevant procedures, legislation. Task Grade: G15 Department: Land & Rights Business Unit: Grid planning and Development Location: Megawatt Park, Sunninghill

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform servitude, land acquisition.
  2. Facilitate the route/site selection process for powerlines and substations.
  3. Provide project management document and data control.
  4. Investigate cadastral and title deeds and determine land values.
  5. Ensure compliance and adherence to legislation and other statutory requirements.
