Job description

Property Management Group seeks an experienced Property Co-Ordinator for our buildings in Western Cape. Applicants must have no criminal record or been blacklisted by a credit bureau. Applicants must have a valid and unendorsed driver's license. The incumbent must have at least 5-8 years of experience in the following areas:

Job Description
  1. Debt collecting
  2. In & out inspections of units
  3. Checking on cleaners
  4. Inspecting and checking on buildings and general maintenance
  5. Inspecting all units once or twice a year
  6. Verifying the legitimacy of tenants once or twice a year
  7. Conducting general surveys with tenants yearly
  8. Showing units to prospective tenants
  9. Completing application forms and forwarding them to Head Office
  10. Organizing tenant meetings
  11. Property administration
  12. Enforcing contractual obligations
  13. Ensuring tenants follow rules and regulations
