As a Senior Designer you will collaborate on creating visually stunning designs that align with Confluent’s brand identity and strategic goals. Your role will involve hands-on crafting of projects across various mediums, including campaigns, event activations, emails, websites, display ads, and beyond.

This is a full-time, remote-first position, with occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

• Clearly communicating design concepts and feedback.
• Deliver high-quality design solutions, leveraging 5 years of experience.
• Guide creative vision through art direction, aligning with brand goals.
• A strong portfolio showcasing versatile, original, and proficient designs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design platforms and mediums.
• Create engaging layouts and compositions for various mediums.
• Manage files efficiently, ensuring organized workflows and asset accessibility.
• Design campaign deliverables with original concepts for marketing and branding.

• 5 years of graphic design experience, with a strong track record of impactful work.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design principles and techniques.
• Keen attention to detail, delivering precise designs aligned with brand guidelines and project needs.
• Expert-level proficiency in layout, and typography.
• Must be able to context shift, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management.
• Degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience with a robust portfolio also considered.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Asana.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Eager to adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements.
• Proficient Mac user.
