Remote Senior Financial Analyst — Strategic FP&A
Job summary
A leading mental health care company in the United States is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to join their Finance & Accounting team. This remote role involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive growth and provide key financial insights. The ideal candidate should have a relevant degree and 3-5 years of experience in finance. Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $125,000, with additional performance bonuses and equity options.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or accounting.
- Ability to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight.
- Comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and update the company’s weekly and monthly financial operating model.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial reporting for key insights.
- Partner with Accounting to align on corporate expenses.
