A leading healthcare organization in Tampa is seeking a manager for operational readiness initiatives across provider data and credentialing. This role is pivotal for driving successful program launches and enhancements within Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines. Lead operational readiness initiatives across provider data and credentialing functions, supporting both new implementations and ongoing enhancements. This role is critical in driving successful launches of new processes, systems, and operational models across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business. We are seeking a leader with proven experience in launch planning, execution, and post-implementation stabilization.
Experienced in operational governance, program delivery, and executive-level communication. Proven ability to lead complex implementations, improve data quality, and drive readiness across dynamic healthcare environments. Candidates with direct experience in launching provider operations, systems, or credentialing programs are strongly encouraged to apply.
