The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, and a proven track record of driving online sales growth. This role will be responsible for managing the online store’s visuals, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a remote employee, you’ll still work closely with the New York-based managers responsible for content creation and e-commerce deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create new product listings with provided titles, descriptions, variants, SKUs, prices, tags, photos, and videos
• Merchandise website collections with best sellers, seasonal products, discounted items, and new launches
• Audit and update pages on the website requiring improvements like new media, copywriting, or web development updates
• Update website navigation menus, banners, and popups
• Identify opportunities for improvement the shopping experience across the website
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes
• Manage website integrations with third-party vendors and service providers
• BONUS: experience with product listings and storefronts on Amazon & Walmart

Qualifications:

• Available between 9am - 5pm Eastern Time Monday - Friday
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in eCommerce management, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, etc.) and relevant apps
• Experience creating new product listings and merchandising collections
• Good understanding of ecommerce page quality standards & enhancement opportunities
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
