We are seeking experienced Payroll and Administrative Support staff to assist in managing our day-to-day administrative and payroll processing requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate is a skilled multi-tasker, reliable, and committed to meeting deadlines.

Primary duties include:

  1. Preparing payroll for various clients/firms, including payroll reports and letter responses.
  2. Providing excellent customer service, answering phones, and client interactions.
  3. Performing administrative functions such as setting up and assembling files.
  4. Data entry for bookkeeping and payroll, and report preparation.
  5. Organizing client data and documents.
  6. Performing other administrative duties as needed, including front desk responsibilities.

Required qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in Customer Service.
  • One year of experience in Payroll preparation.
  • Experience with QuickBooks (preferred).
  • Extensive experience with data entry, record keeping, and computer operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
