A community-based organization in Melrose Park is seeking an Operations Associate to manage administrative operations, handle accounting, and maintain financial records. Candidates should be committed to social justice, bilingual in English and Spanish, and have relevant experience or education. The position offers a salary of $45,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
PASO - West Suburban Action Project is a community-based social justice organization based in Melrose Park that fights for immigrant rights in west suburban Cook County and other collar counties. PASO serves the immigrant community by addressing the immediate needs through direct services, educational workshops, referrals and the leadership skills of the immigrant community so they can organize, create opportunities and exercise their collective power. In this past year, PASO has also relaunched its legal department given the significant need from immigrant communities in the western suburbs. This position is in person and based in Melrose Park, Illinois. Reports to: Executive Director.
Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr. Salary of $45,000 annually and benefits include 100% employee coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance. Cell phone and mileage reimbursement. Generous time off and flexibility.
