Overview

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Responsibilities
  • Perform technical mechanical work using standard hand tools and inspection equipment.
  • Operate equipment for sheet metal fabrication and structural assembly, including: Deburring, Routing, Polishing, Shear & Saw Operation; Press Forming, Draw Forming, Brake Forming; Stretch Forming, Roll Forming, Hot Forming; Check & Straighten, Heat Treating.
  • Cross-train in assembly and machining to support workforce flexibility.
  • Follow detailed work instructions, process sheets, and blueprints.
  • Handle delicate aerospace components with care and precision.
  • Conduct basic visual and dimensional inspections.
  • Accurately complete documentation such as routers and inspection logs.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area, following safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with troubleshooting issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Champion mindset.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: 2–8 years of related manufacturing or assembly experience.
  • Experience operating fabrication tools and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform technical fabrication and mechanical work.
  • Strong measurement and mathematical skills, including algebra and geometry.
  • Familiarity with aerospace materials, tolerances, and specifications.
  • Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred.
Computer Skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems and Material Management software.
