Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $34,290 - $53,530 plus $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top performers can reach $100,000 per year. Starting salary varies by geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, with the autonomy to organize your day to meet customers on their preferred time and place. You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most.

Responsibilities
  • We’ll kick things off with paid training—setting you up for success to work independently in the field. Coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities will keep you on track and tech-savvy.
  • You’ll meet with potential customers daily. AT&T will pre-schedule interactions, giving you the opportunity to effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.
  • You’ll use strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and close sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Some prior sales experience—preferably in an environment with set targets.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
