The community you\'ll be caring for: AdventHealth Tampa

· AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary-level acute care hospital located in the uptown district of Tampa, Florida, specializes in advanced cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, women\'s services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robot-assisted procedures. GME programs on the hospital campus currently include general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and transitional year.

· AdventHealth Tampa is home to the renowned AdventHealth Pepin Heart Institute, a recognized leader in cardiovascular disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment and leading-edge research – caring for Tampa Bay\'s hearts for over 35 years.

Patel Research Institute, also located at AdventHealth Tampa, leads the way in clinical and academic research in the areas of neuroscience, cardiovascular medicine, advanced surgery and more – contributing valuable knowledge that leads to tomorrow\'s cures for conditions such as heart failure, cancer and other diseases.

The role you\'ll contribute

Provide guidance to the staff to ensure that the high level of cleanliness, quality and service is achieved and maintained. Assist with the JCAHO compliance. Actively participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

The value you\'ll bring to the team

• Coordinates activities for the Patient Experience Work Flow between Food Nutrition Services and EVS.
• Coordinates all the Patient Experience protocols provided.
• Promotes the best patient experience as well as knowing satisfaction scores and discussing with the team in coordination with the Operations Manager.
• Observes the physical condition of the hospital and calls engineering for the maintenance repairs needed throughout the facility and report a tracking record to leadership.
• Maintains communications with all the reportable data and acts as a liaison between all shifts leadership in order to ensure a collaboration among all shifts.
• Maintains close control, orders and inventories in collaboration with the Operations manager on supply distribution and usage.
• Reports all pertinent information to the Operations Manager.
• Works as a liaison between infection control and the EVS department.

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you\'ll need to succeed:

• High School Grad or Equiv Required.
• 2 Related Experience Preferred
