Role details

In-person participation is required throughout the year. Coinbase is not remote-only; many roles are remote-first, but attendance is expected and fully supported. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment.

Pay Transparency

Pay Range: $350,200—$412,000 USD

Full-time offers include target bonus, target equity, and benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
