The resource will have full responsibility for managing administrative activities and related accounting and tax compliance, up to the preparation of the annual and interim financial statements, supporting the Management and other corporate bodies. The resource will directly manage General Accounting, the preparation of the financial statements and the accompanying notes in support of the Chief Financial Officer, the preparation of periodic financial statements, tax and VAT compliance and declarations, Intrastat Models, and the coordination of tax issues related to the Active and Passive Cycle, supporting the Chief Financial Officer in making decisions.

• General accounting and financial statements.
• Verification of the calculation and management of taxes and other administrative/fiscal requirements.
• Maintaining relationships with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities.
• Support for accounts receivable and payable.
• Preparation of periodic reports.
• Support for other functional areas.

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a Related Field
  Previous experience in senior management roles in a similar context
• A solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic plans.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, ensuring that administrative functions support the organization’s goals.
• Expertise in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and managing resources effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement solutions.
