1. Manage, direct, and monitor the work of Sales Executives.
2. Conduct joint visits with the team.
3. Responsible for sales targets (achievement) and growth.
4. Building a good communication relationship with the entire sales team and maintaining a marketing network with all potential markets in the area.
5. Evaluate the team's performance and sales targets.
6. Determine the selling price and discounts of products based on the company's price list.
7. Coordinate with the head office Product Department in terms of team training, marketing strategies, product presentations, availability of products and estimation of future needs.
8. Maintaining effective communication patterns with clients or customers, both existing clients and other potential clients.
9. Opening new potential markets and building networks with various parties related to the sale of the company's products, especially with the Hospital, local government, and partners/work partners of the company.
10. Organizing workshops/presentations/meetings with related parties such as hospitals and private or government agencies to advance sales of the company's products.
