Job Descriptions.

• Conduct in NPI process for new model or product transfer
• collaborating with other engineers and workers to design, develop, test & improve products & Engineering process
• Ensuring all expenses stay within all allocated budget, both in CAPEX & Production consumable tools
• determining ways to improve production efficiency
• Create & manage budget expectations with stakeholders
• Maintaining machine spare part & ensure proper storage
• Lead monthly TPM
• Developing, supervise & train technician
