Job summary
A prominent educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Hockey to ensure high-quality coaching and player development. Skills
Hockey is a major sport at Mount Kelly and the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality coaching, strong player development pathways and a competitive fixture programme across the School. Working closely with the Director of Sport, the Head of Hockey will play a central role in shaping an ambitious, inclusive and high-performing hockey culture.
- Lead programme development and delivery for hockey across the School, including coaching the 1st XI in both seasons.
- Oversee operational management, fixtures, competitions and the continued development of the Hockey Academy and talent pathways.
- Support staff development and contribute to a collaborative coaching environment with the Director of Sport.
- Collaborate to shape an ambitious, inclusive and high-performing hockey culture within Mount Kelly.
- Forward-thinking hockey specialist with a passion for developing young players and aligning with Mount Kelly’s values.
- Experience in elite coaching and programme leadership is desirable.
