A community development trust in Birmingham seeks passionate individuals for youth work roles. The job involves delivering engaging sessions across the RISE programme, supporting young people to influence activities and creating future community advocates. Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification in Youth Work or a similar field. You're invited even if you don't meet every criterion but are eager to contribute. This role is part-time, requiring 15 hours weekly, including some evenings and weekends.
Salary: £25,157pa (pro rata £10,063pa)
Hours of work: 15 hour per week (some evening and weekends required)

To deliver engaging youth work sessions across the RISE programme including the youth hub, detached youth work, girls’ group, outdoor learning, and community events. Support the co‑production of activities with young people, ensuring their voices influence programme design and delivery. Experience of delivering structured activities that engage young people positively is essential, along with a Level 3 qualification in Youth Work or a similar field.
