A children's charity is seeking an Incredible and Inspiring Manager for its supported accommodation home in Twickenham. Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience of providing leaving care or housing support.
• At least one year’s experience of effectively managing professional staff.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and the legal framework relevant to residential services.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard young people through sound management strategies.
• Provide regular supervision for staff and assess training needs.
• Ensure housing management policies and practices are effectively operated.
