A local charity in Bedford is seeking a Young Carer Wellbeing Practitioner to support Young Carers managing familial responsibilities. You will deliver wellbeing sessions, foster safe environments, and assist in building resilience for Young Carers. The ideal candidate holds a psychology degree, is empathic and organized, and has experience with children or young people. As a Young Carer Wellbeing Practitioner, you’ll support Young Carers who help care for a family member with a disability, long-term illness, mental health needs or addiction.
