A local charity organization in Redcar is seeking a Young Carers’ Development Worker. This part-time role involves supporting young carers through activities, interventions, and collaboration with schools. Candidates should have experience in youth work and a commitment to safeguarding. The position is for 18.5 hours per week during term time, offering a salary of £27,586 pro rata.
