Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting engineers and learners across all workshop levels
  • Overseeing the repair and overhaul of electric motors, pumps, and gearboxes
  • Allocating workloads, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Leading by example with strong standards in quality, safety, and professionalism
  • Providing structured mentoring, training, and on‑the‑job guidance
