Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Aberdeen branch as Workshop Services Manager. The role is to manage the workshop team, schedule work, plan daily operations, and support the Branch Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and team development.

  • Organised – forward‑thinking to plan and schedule workload, keeping the workshop running smoothly and safely.
  • Customer Service – develop and manage customer relationships to ensure needs are met and services meet future needs.
  • Continuous Improvement – review and amend processes to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  • Attention to Detail – operate with budgets, results, and targets in mind.
  • Team Player – communicate with different departments to secure aligned workshop operations.
  • Health & Safety – prioritise health and safety throughout the workshop.
