Job description

We are working with a small, family‑run business based in West Oxfordshire, who are looking for a full‑time Workshop Engineer to join their friendly team.

As part of the service team, you will be supporting customers and colleagues through a varied and rewarding range of tasks - both in the field and in their workshop.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Attending customer appointments for equipment servicing, breakdowns, repairs, and part fittings
  • Providing technical support to consultants in the workshop
  • Assisting with general workshop duties and maintenance
  • Conducting assessments for new equipment with customers
  • Giving clear, accurate, and appropriate advice and recommendations
  • Ensuring timely follow‑up through quotes and communication after assessments
  • Maintaining up‑to‑date records of customer orders and ensuring all work is invoiced accurately
  • Responding to customer and colleague queries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Carrying out other ad‑hoc tasks as needed
