What You’ll Be Doing
  • Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure all jobs are completed on time and to specification
  • Allocating work to technicians based on skills, workload, and operational priorities
  • Monitoring progress, quality, and productivity, resolving issues as they arise
  • Working closely with the parts, customer service, and VDA teams to maintain a seamless repair process
  • Promoting a safe, compliant, and well‑organised working environment
