A global legal services provider based in Manchester is seeking a Workplace and Front of House Assistant to be the first point of contact for stakeholders. This role involves providing outstanding customer service, managing meeting rooms, and handling mail. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills and previous experience in customer service or facilities roles. As a Workplace and Front of House Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and we are looking for BUILDING who shares that passion and commitment.
Your role will involve greeting guests, managing meeting rooms, stock control, handling both incoming and outgoing mail, dealing with POs, basic office maintenance/facilities management and other general queries.

This is an exciting role within an adapting work environment. It will be both challenging and rewarding and will allow you to gain and develop a broad variety of different skills.
The working hours for this role are either 7:30am - 4:30pm, 8:00am - 5:00pm, rechten to 6:00pm on a rota basis and will be fully office based.
