A woodworking company in Newport is looking for an experienced Wood Machinist. You will set up moulders, machine hardwoods and softwoods, and maintain woodworking machinery. Candidates should have experience with spindle moulders and a qualification in wood occupations or be time served. A forklift licence is advantageous. Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.

Premier Forest Products are currently recruiting an experienced Wood Machinist within our Mon Timber workshop in Newport.

The workshop produces doors, windows, screens, oak trusses, mouldings and other bespoke items, along with machining claddings and various other profiles. For this role you must have previous experience with spindle moulders and multi head moulders. We require you to have a qualification reflective of this role (wood occupations) or be time served; additionally experience using a forklift, along with having a current and valid FLT licence would be advantageous.
