Qualifications

  • Ideally holds a degree or HNC in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Assurance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within aerospace, military, or automotive sectors.
  • Familiar with Wire & Cable production processes, including material extrusion.
  • Experienced in quality planning and applying tools such as Histograms and Pareto analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100, process compliance, and conducting quality audits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Wire & Cable value stream to ensure all products meet company standards.
  • Design, implement, and refine quality control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Provide quality support for new product introductions.
