Qualifications

• Proven experience in wireless telecoms build management—ideally in 4G/5G deployment projects.
• Strong knowledge of telecoms site infrastructure including towers, rooftops, and street works.
• Excellent understanding of rigging and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site build activities including planning, construction, and integration.
• Coordinate with internal leadership and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct site surveys and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Develop and maintain build schedules and project documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues swiftly to keep builds progressing.
