Our Role

Reporting to the Wholesale Account Manager, you will play a vital role in the seamless day-to-day management of our diverse wholesale and international accounts. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service, you will oversee the allocation and fulfilment of purchase orders, ensuring budgets are met while driving sales and margin growth.

This is a dynamic role where you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong relationships, optimise stock flow, and support the continued success of our wholesale business. What you’ll be doing

Manage the day-to-day running of our wholesale accounts:

  • To be the daily point of contact for our partners, managing queries and demonstrating excellent communication
  • Receive and accurately raise all purchase orders in line with our partners needs
  • Liaise regularly with the warehouse team on progress of orders and any special requirements
  • Maintain all wholesale allocation trackers accurately and efficiently
  • Work with the merchandising and buying teams to secure stock for our partners
  • Set up and manage the seasonal product information files required for key accounts
  • Work with the creative, ecommerce and QA teams to collate information required
  • Share product information and imagery to partners for both continuity and seasonal styles
  • Knowledgeable about the range, best sellers, and key selling features of our products
  • Assist with partner meetings and product selection
  • Support the Wholesale Account Manager to manage and implement the critical path
Trading
  • Produce weekly trade packs for management
  • Suggest repeat orders and drive incremental sales
Systems
  • Develop an excellent working knowledge of D365
  • Complete system testing on new ways of working and give concise and accurate feedback
  • Learn and use any external portals needed to help allocate/upload stock or gain sales analysis
Commercial Awareness and Building Relationships
  • Undertake competitor analysis on a regular basis and feedback any relevant points
  • Understand the markets the business trades in
  • Build strong seasonal product knowledge and an understanding of what will work with our partners
Training and development
  • Adopt a positive and proactive approach to training and development, to participate fully in all team related activities
  • Take responsibility for own personal development and to foster good working relationships across the business
  • Provide an excellent level of service to your customers, responding to queries and emails swiftly and effectively
