Job Title: Weekend Breakfast Chef

Location: Diageo Shieldhall, 500 Renfrew Road, Glasgow, G51 4SA

Working Pattern: 10 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday

Rate of Pay: £13.95 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

In this standalone weekend role, you’ll be responsible for preparing and delivering a high standard of breakfast service to our clients on-site. If you enjoy working independently and thrive in a kitchen environment, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast dishes in line with menu and service standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen at all times
  • Follow all food safety, health, and safety procedures
  • Manage portion control and stock levels effectively
  • Communicate with the General Service Manager for any supply or maintenance needs
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification (essential)
  • Proven experience in a similar chef or cook role
  • Ability to work independently with confidence
  • Good understanding of food hygiene standards
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
