Job summary

A leading facilities management company in the UK is hiring for the role of Cleaning and Waste Operative. You will ensure the smooth running of cleaning and waste management operations, comply with safety practices, and carry out cleaning duties. Ideal candidates should have a Right to Work in the UK, with experience in cleaning or working with balers desirable. Full training is provided, and applicants must have their own transport due to site location. The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Experience with working with balers preferred, full training provided.
• Cleaning experience preferred, full training provided.
• Current FLT licence desirable.
• Experience in moving waste desirable.
• Own transport required due to site location and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of baler machines in your area.
• Assist with rectifying and reporting any issues arising.
• Ensure safe working practices and company procedures are always complied with.
• Carry out cleaning duties and general housekeeping of the baler area.
• Ensure waste is moved to correct locations across site.
