Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Good knowledge of factory H&S requirements.
• Full driving licence required for travel across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise and support warehouse operatives.
• Maintain and improve stock control processes.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly.
• Monitor departmental metrics and report performance.
• Liaise with internal departments for coordination.
