The Opportunity? We are looking for an experienced Stock Controller to manage parts and materials in our Distribution Centre. You’ll maintain accurate stock, handle goods-in efficiently, and support refurbishment, manufacturing, and our UK & Ireland Branch Network ensuring machines are ready for placements, trials, and repairs.

Job Responsibilities for Our Stock Controller
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate parts for refurbishment, manufacturing, branches, and external markets.
  • Organise and dispatch parts efficiently, ensuring compliance with export and company regulations.
  • Lead stock checks, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately book goods-in, maintaining an organised and efficient area.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, support production, and prevent stock shortages.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, mitigate stock risks, and support operational projects.
Key Skills / Competencies
  • Experience in stock control, inventory management, and handling components or spare parts.
  • Knowledge of MRP systems (AX Dynamics preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and housekeeping skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive, able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Understanding of machine parts or a willingness to learn.
