Tidyco is a family-run engineering company based in Derby since 1973, seeking an enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our current engineering team.

Job Description:

We are currently recruiting a Stores Operative / Administrator on a permanent basis for our busy Stores Department. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail and be able to follow company procedures to ensure products leave the company right first time.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team under the supervision of the Stores Manager
  • Record materials/parts into the Sage system
  • Pick kits & picklists
  • Liaise with other departments when materials/parts arrive
  • Complete weekly/monthly stocktakes as requested
  • Arrange goods collection via transport portals
  • Run reports
  • Load/Unload goods from vehicles if required
Skills:
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Good IT skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Punctuality
  • FLT / Counterbalance Licence is advantageous but not essential
