Overview

Our client is looking to recruit several Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated and driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain experiences to progress within their career.

Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties
• Prepare plastic trays for reuse in the distribution of items to the supermarket
• Loading and unloading plastic food trays onto a conveyor belt
• Unloading plastic and cardboard for recycling and operating a baling machine
• Manual handling; the work is physical

Shifts and Pay

• Day shift (6:00am – 6:00pm): £12.21 per hour (unpaid breaks); after 12 weeks £12.94 (paid breaks)
• Night shift (7:30pm – 5:30am): £13.50 per hour (unpaid breaks); after 12 weeks £14.46 (paid breaks)

Typical Hours

• Day shift: 06:00 – 16:00
• Night shift: 19:30 – 05:30
