All About the Role

Based at our BCD Tubes Scunthorpe Site, we have a vacancy for a Warehouse Operative, the shift hours are Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, then Monday to Friday Nights 10pm-6am, then Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm

The purpose of this role is to ensure customers’ orders are fulfilled to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. Specific tasks could include:

• Pick computer generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large item
• Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.
• Transferring stock to its location using a Forklift trucks
• Assisting in the overall dispatch of customers’ orders.
• Maintain high levels of Health and Safety.
• Be adaptable and flexible in approach to work to meet operational requirements

• The successful candidate will have experience with Overhead Cranes
