About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor to support with the smooth running of warehouse operations at Alton Towers Resort. You’ll play a key role in managing stock levels, coordinating logistics, ensuring accurate inventory control, and supporting the overall supply chain of the Resort. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys problem‑solving, and is passionate about operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
\ - Stock Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, implement effective storage and labelling systems, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Internal Allocations: Oversee requests for inventory, pick and deliver items efficiently, and maintain accurate records to support operational needs.
- Stock Takes: Plan and execute regular and ad‑hoc stock takes, reconcile variances, report insights to management, and train team members to ensure consistency.
- Coordination & Logistics: Schedule inbound and outbound shipments, liaise with couriers and suppliers, monitor operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and logistics tools.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams and with external partners.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to warehouse and logistics operations.

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £28,000.00/Yr.-GBP £28,000.00/Yr.
