Job summary

As a Document Review Administrator, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews of critical documentation, ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Based out of one of our network for records storage facilities, this position demands a high level of accuracy, discretion, and proficiency in navigating our inventory management systems, along with responsibilities in records management and accurate file picking for retrieval and destruction purposes.

This is a fixed term contract expected to last 12 months.

Due to the security vetting required for this role, you must be able to comply with the following
  • A valid passport
  • Continuous Residency in the UK for the last 5 years
Your role in our mission
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of sensitive documents to identify and rectify errors, ensuring full compliance with regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and industry standards.
  • Accurately pick, retrieve, and process files using handheld scanning equipment (PDT), maintaining the integrity of inventory locations and upholding strict confidentiality for all sensitive information.
  • Ensure client assets are suitably protected and processed accurately within specified timescales, highlighting any damaged items and adhering to all system functions, global standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO9001).
  • Identify and process files meeting destruction criteria in line with company policies and regulatory requirements, and manage internal asset relocations efficiently.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 regulations and site‑specific security protocols, including visitor and contractor control.

  • Ability to analyse documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A good level of IT literacy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and document storage practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Good level of written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
