The Park is set in the beautiful South Devon Countryside, just seven miles from the beach and five miles from the picturesque, waterside town of Dartmouth. It is a large, AA 5 Gold Pennant Park which is predominantly Touring, with a small amount of Glamping Pods & Static Caravans (from May 2026) with award winning facilities. We are members of the Best of British Quality Touring and Holiday Parks.

We are seeking to recruit seasonal, full time Warden / Ranger couples to work during the 2026 season. The role is key to ensuring that guests have the best possible experience, whether it be on the campsite or enjoying their day in the theme park. We are looking for people who enjoy a range of duties and can apply themselves across mutable areas, whilst working as part of a team supporting each other.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of the theme park toilets and maintenance of three sets of amenities. Ensuring all cleaning meets the required standard and training in COSHH will be provided.
• Assisting with cleaning and changeovers in the glamping and static caravans.
• Showing guests to their pitch or accommodation, light maintenance tasks, trimming, rubbish collection and other general service duties.
• Working in the General Store.
• Working in the Leisure Park – supervising play equipment or rides and operating tills in shop, kiosk and catering.
• Completing duties on a rotational basis ensuring variety and working five days a week with two consecutive days off. Additional days may be required during the summer.

What we offer

Salary: 12.46, rising in April 2026 with free electric pitch for your touring caravan/motorhome and discounted meals. On‑site accommodation is available for candidates without their own unit at a charge.
