Waking Night Support Worker – Bridgwater

£12.64 per hour. Typical shifts: 20 nights a week.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Waking Night Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. Our supported living service in Bridgwater is a welcoming and friendly environment.

As a Night Support Worker, you’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.

What We’re Looking For

• Full UK driving licence
• Resilient, flexible and composed approach
• Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
• Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma
• Passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people we support
