Freckles Cafe Company Ltd is a small business in Milford Haven, SA73 3AY. We are professional, creative, fun, and our goal is to deliver fresh home-cooked food in a wonderful Waterfront setting. We want to create a friendly and relaxing atmosphere for locals and holiday-makers alike to thoroughly enjoy the Freckles experience..

We are looking for an experienced Server to join our established team at our licensed café, and coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, preferably barista trained, and will ensure that all customers are happy with their Freckles experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Take orders accurately and efficiently.

Make great coffee and drinks.

Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and café.

Be knowledgeable about the menu and specials to answer customer questions

Process payments accurately and efficiently.

Note : If you have not had previous experience but have a bubbly and friendly outgoing personality, and are keen to learn, we are happy to train you and will provide training and mentoring for the role.

We will be happy to support those studying for a Hospitality and Catering qualification, and in the achievement of a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate if you do not already hold one.

Starting salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
