• Ensuring all welfare and safety requirements are met.
• Resource allocation to deliver activities safely and effectively.
• Monitoring coach performance and ensuring responsibilities are delivered.
• Maintaining up‑to‑date player profiles.
• Ensuring players are registered and fees are paid on time.
• Implementing National Governing Body competition rules.
• Communicating team event information via electronic platforms.
• Promoting team achievements on the club’s website and social media.
• Organising travel and accommodation for away games.
• Stocking first aid equipment.
• Mediating problems among players, coaches, officials, and supporters.
• Engaging volunteers for task delegation.

Skills

Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
