Responsibilities

• Engage with people who access our services, ensuring their voices are heard and they have a say in how we run our services.
• Listen to people, share what you have heard with the service, represent their views and use their feedback to inform how we develop and improve our services.
• Help ensure people are informed about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback and work with Change Grow Live staff and connect with the wider community.

Qualities & Experience

We require you to be 18 years of age or older and this volunteer role is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Scheme check at a basic level.
