A local charity organization in Norwich is seeking compassionate individuals to volunteer as Passenger Assistants, ensuring safe and comfortable journeys for people with limited mobility. As a volunteer, you will assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensure their safety, and provide companionship during transport. As a volunteer Passenger Assistant (PA), you’ll help ensure passengers have a safe and comfortable journey whilst travelling with Norwich Door to Door

If this sounds like you, volunteering as a PA at Norwich Door to Door might be just the role you’re looking for. Our volunteer PAs are integral to the charity, providing a supportive and caring travel experience for people in need.
As a PA, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to assist passengers who require extra help from their homes and on their journeys, ensuring their safety and comfort. Whether it’s offering a friendly smile, helping with boarding, or providing companionship during travel, your contribution will be invaluable.
