A local charity organization in Seascale is seeking volunteers to support older individuals in the community. As a volunteer, you will provide companionship and help reduce feelings of isolation among residents. The organization offers training and support to empower volunteers from day one. This role requires eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS check.
At Abbeyfield Living Society, our amazing volunteers are the heart of what we do. Without their dedication, many older people in our communities could feel isolated and alone. But with your time, you can change that.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our top priority. Our volunteering roles require two references and a DBS check.
Please note this role will require eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references and an Enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be met by Abbeyfield. You may be asked to provide details regarding convictions; failure to disclose convictions may result in an offer of employment being revoked.
