A leading educational institution in Greater London seeks a Visa Coordinator to manage visa processes for students. You will serve as the primary contact, ensuring compliance with UK immigration requirements while providing essential support to visa students. The role includes tracking CAS requests, monitoring attendance, and providing guidance on visa issues. This position offers a hybrid working model with strong employer contributions to the company pension scheme.

Act as the primary point of contact, working closely with Admissions and Programme teams to provide information and ensure compliance with the immigration requirements that individual applicants must meet to register at ESCP Europe Business School.
Support prospective Visa students and those registered at the School as they progress through the application / CAS request process
Check and process CAS requests and the corresponding documents thoroughly to ensure that only genuine students who meet the requirements of Student visas are issued with a CAS
Track the lifecycle of each CAS issued and submit reports to the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) office. This will require communication with the Programme Office or/all students who have been issued a CAS, to obtain regular updates on the progress of their visa application, copies of all refusal notices or a copy of the visa, once granted
Work closely with Programme teams as part of the process to monitor the attendance of all registered visa students, and retain an up-to-date summary of attendance levels for these students, including details of any approved absences
Report in the CAS system any change in visa students’ status, contact details, or work experience, as required
Communicate regularly with registered visa students/Programme teams to ensure that our student records are updated to reflect any changes inlove circumstances
Carry out regular audit checks on visa students’ records, to ensure they are fit for purpose, for announced or unannounced Home Office visits
Check and process all Short-term study visa requests and corresponding documents thoroughly, to ensure only genuine students who meetCluster the requirements are issued with Short-term visa sponsorship letters
Provide reports on visa matters to the Dean of the London Campus and the Director of Student and Academic Services
Contribute to the development and update of immigration-related information for prospective international students, provided via our websites and any other marketing material as required
Provide effective guidance for staff and students with queries relating to any visa issues
Disseminate knowledge within the Programme, Admissions and recruitment teams about Visa regulations and procedures
Represent the Visa Services as required at meetings and events, including student induction days, open days, webinars and specifically support the School and operation of orientation events for international students
Liaise and request information as appropriate from Premium Customer Service Team - Visa, Status and Information Services - Customer Services Group - UK Visas and Immigration
To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this post, for which the post holder has the necessary experience and/or training
Maintain key skills and knowledge and stay abreast of UKVI updates and regulations on visa guidance for sponsors
Provide necessary information to the French Consulate for students continuing their studies in France and necessitating a French visa
Work with the Admissions teamsSeu Language centre to organise in-house visa-related language tests when appropriate
